Delivery & Returns
Delivery is charged at the standard rate for the service required and is dependent upon weight & size of parcel.
All orders totalling over £750 in one dispatch are carriage free within the UK.
Depending upon customer requirements, weight and destination, deliveries will be via one of the following methods :
Royal Mail 1st Class with Proof of Delivery – This service does not guarantee next day delivery & it is not trackable. Only proof of delivery is recorded and any undelivered parcels will only be considered ‘missing’ after 15 working days have passed.
This service is charged at £5.50 for all fabric lengths up to 1m and £6.50 for lengths over 1m, weighing up to 2kg and not exceeding 45cm in length.
Royal Mail special delivery – must be signed for upon receipt.
This service is guaranteed next day delivery and is fully trackable.
This service is charged at £11.00 for all orders weighing up to 2kg and not exceeding 45cm in length..
Courier – must be signed for upon receipt.
This service is guaranteed next day delivery for most destinations within the UK (This may not be the case during the continued Covid pandemic) and is fully trackable.
This service is charged at £13.50 per parcel.
International – Whilst we are happy to send orders outside of the UK, shipping rates vary greatly depending upon the country of destination and the size and weight of the parcel. For any orders being shipped outside of the UK please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that delivery options and prices can be discussed and agreed.
For International deliveries, sales tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more details you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
We cannot be responsible for orders lost or damaged during delivery & shipping however, we will do all we can to assist you in handling claims.
Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations cannot be accepted on any items that have been cut or processed ready for dispatch.
In the unusual circumstance that one of our fabrics has a fault or has been sent incorrectly please contact us with details of the problem. Any such claim must be notified to the company within 7 days of purchase. In the event that a fault is accepted the product will be replaced free of charge, subject to availability and provided the product has been returned in the same condition as sent and is reasonably packed, within 7 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
