Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Delivery times vary depending upon the delivery service chosen (Please see below for details of delivery options.)
Wherever possible we will always endeavour to dispatch your order the following working day after your order is accepted. Where an item is temporarily out of stock your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days and you will be notified of an expected dispatch date by email.
UK Delivery Options
Free Royal Mail 1st class with proof of delivery available on all orders over £100 within the UK*
Royal Mail 2nd class with proof of delivery – This service is charged at £3.00 for a single item order. Each further item is charged at an additional 50p per item. This service is usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch, but is not a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail 1st class with proof of delivery – This service is charged at £4.00 for a single item order. Each further item is charged at an additional 50p per item – This service is usually delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but is not a guaranteed service.
If you require any other form of delivery please contact us prior to placing your order so that delivery options and costs can be discussed.
We are currently unable to deliver to a PO Box addresses or to deliver on weekends.
Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
We cannot be responsible for orders lost or damaged during delivery & shipping however, we will do all we can to assist you in handling claims.
*Where an order exceeds the weight and dimensions allowed for the Royal Mail service, your order will be shipped via courier. This service will require a signature upon receipt.
Shipping outside of the UK
Whilst we are happy to send orders outside of the UK, shipping rates vary greatly depending upon the country of destination and the size and weight of the parcel. For any orders being shipped outside of the UK please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order so that delivery options and prices can be discussed and agreed.
For all International deliveries, sales tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more details you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund or a direct exchange of a different size/colour of the same product if it is in stock.
Any items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with its original packaging. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may decline to accept it and may send it back to you at your expense.
If you require a replacement size or colour please include in the returned parcel the exchange slip provided with your order to indicate which size/colour you would like it replacing with. You can download a copy of the Exchange form below.
Please be aware that if an item is no longer in stock, only a refund will be offered.
In the unusual circumstance one of our products has a fault, please send a photo and the reason you would like it replaced to email@example.com. Please do not return any faulty items without first contacting us regarding the problem.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item. We would advise that a trackable service is chosen to return items as any refunds or exchanges will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
We will endeavour to process any exchanges or refunds as quickly as possible once the items are received back and have been inspected. However, in our busier times please allow 3-5 working days.
Any refunds issued will be to the same card as used for payment. Please allow 5-10 days for any refunds to show up on your card statement.
