Pricing & Ordering Custom Made Costumes
With the almost unlimited options and combinations on offer it is impossible to produce a price list, so you will need to contact us for a no obligation quote. A member of our team will answer any questions you might have and provide the quotes you require. There is no need for an exact size at this stage but in order to provide you with an accurate quote we will need to know if it is child or adult size you are looking for.
All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling with VAT included where applicable. Postage charges will be quoted separately.
To Order Your Costumes
Choose your design along with any sleeves, skirts or accessories you wish to add
Choose your fabric combinations
Once your ideas are finalised contact us to confirm the details and place your order. The fabrics required will now be checked and reserved and your costumes or samples booked for manufacture.
Optional Sizing Samples for Group Costumes
Once you have decided upon your design and fabric combinations, we can make you a set of sizing samples from which to size your group. These samples will be made to your exact specifications and must be paid for and used as part of your group order. You can then place the balance of the order confident that all garments will fit. Sizing samples are not returnable for exchange or refund
Payment is normally by BACs. Only in special circumstances will we accept payment by other means.
Once we have confirmed your order details with you and they have been approved for manufacture, you will be sent an invoice which will include payment details. We encourage prompt payment as goods will only be dispatched once full payment is received.
All costumes are made to your personal specifications, we do not hold stock. Because demand fluctuates throughout the year lead times vary accordingly (typically between 2 and 6 weeks). Whilst we will always try to accommodate short deadlines we strongly advise placing orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
When we accept an order we will agree a mutually acceptable delivery date. Once agreed this date cannot usually be changed.
All telephone calls both inbound and outbound are recorded for quality monitoring and staff training.
