Prices

Our range is so large and diverse offering so many combinations that it is impossible to publish a price list. Please contact us for an accurate price quote and confirm this when placing your order.

All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling with VAT included where applicable. Postage charges will be quoted separately.

 

Sizes & Measurements

For detailed advice on how to take measurements see the ‘Taking Measurements’ page included here. Please follow our guidelines carefully. If you are unsure at any stage, a member of our customer service team will be happy to advise you.

Optional Sizing Samples for Group Costumes

Once you have decided upon your design and fabric combinations, we can make you a set of sizing samples from which to size your group. These samples will be made to your exact specifications and must be paid for and used as part of your group order. You can then place the balance of the order confident that all garments will fit. Sizing samples are not returnable for exchange or refund.

 

Payment

Payment is normally by BACs. Only in special circumstances will we accept payment by other means.

Once we have confirmed your order details with you and they have been approved for manufacture, you will be sent an invoice which will include payment details. We encourage prompt payment as goods will only be dispatched once full payment is received.

 

Lead times

All costumes are made to your personal specifications, we do not hold stock. Because demand fluctuates throughout the year lead times vary accordingly (typically between 2 and 6 weeks). Whilst we will always try to accommodate short deadlines we strongly advise placing orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

When we accept an order we will agree a mutually acceptable delivery date. Once agreed this date cannot be changed.

 

Delivery

Delivery is charged at the standard rate for the service required and is dependent upon weight.

All orders totalling over £750 in one dispatch are carriage free within the UK.

The minimum charge for a single item order is £6.50 This includes not only the postage rate but our administration costs for processing a single item order. This charge may change without notification due to changes in postal rates.

Depending upon customer requirements, weight and destination, deliveries will be via one of the following methods:

Royal Mail recorded delivery – must be signed for upon receipt.
This service does not guarantee next day delivery, it is not trackable and will only be considered ‘missing’ after 15 working days.

Royal Mail special delivery – must be signed for upon receipt.
This service is guaranteed next day delivery and is fully trackable.

Courier – must be signed for upon receipt.
This service is guaranteed next day delivery for most destinations within the UK and is fully trackable.

International – The cost and complexity of shipping outside of the UK varies by destination. Responsibility for any and all import/export documentation, duties and tariffs will lie with the customer. Please contact our customer service team to obtain international shipping rates to your destination.

We cannot be responsible for orders lost or damaged during delivery or shipping; however, we will do all we can to assist you in handling claims.

 

Exchanges, returns and cancellations

As with all garments made to personal specifications no changes or cancellations will be permitted once your order is placed. Returns are not accepted and refunds will not be given. If you require written confirmation of your order requirements, please request these at the time of ordering.

Except where you are dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 Section 12 as amended and/or the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 Regulation 3(1)) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to quality or condition of the Goods, whether express or implied by statute or common law or otherwise shall be limited to the order value and does not include carriage charges.”

 

Costume alterations

The minimum charge for our alteration service is £12 + p&p. Please speak to our staff about your specific requirements before returning a garment.

 

Fabric Samples

Colour reproduction on this website and in our publications is as accurate as possible and is intended only as a guide. Should they be required, fabric samples are available at a small charge.

 

Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

All telephone calls both inbound and outbound are recorded for quality monitoring and staff training.
